A fast bond-out may appear there with the literal status RELEASED, but that result does not prove the release itself fell inside the same 24-hour span.
The distinction matters when a booking occurred late one day and processing ended the next. It also matters when a person was booked before the window began but released today. That person may not appear at all. The Sheriff booking and release log is the correct record for the event's date, time, type, releasing authority, and any transfer destination that is public.
Check Cochran Same-Day Release Status

Obtain Cochran Release Event Records
A focused Texas Public Information Act request is the best fallback because it asks for the event the website omits. A county-to-TDCJ handoff ends one custodian's booking while incarceration continues. Likewise, another county, federal authority, or immigration authority may become the next custodian. “Released” must always be read as released by the named agency.

Does Cochran Bond Mean Release?
Cochran's Interop records publish a total bond and charge-level amounts. Those numbers describe conditions attached to the record. They do not show that payment was made, a surety was accepted, a personal bond was approved, every hold was cleared, or release processing finished. Only a status change and the actual Sheriff event establish that county custody ended.

That accounting line does not prove Cochran County has a staffed pretrial office, a current eligibility rule, a fee, an operating schedule, or a predictable processing time.
